I've been going to NCEC for years, and so does most of my family. Everyone in their office does great work and they're all very friendly. Connie is my favorite.

I was on vacation 4 hours from home when my contact in my left eye jumped out and disappeared into the abyss! I called them for trial contacts just to last me till I got home and not only did she supply me with them and helped me out, she went out of her way to include extras just in case, a new lens case AND new contact solution. That goes beyond professional obligations, that is just flat out human kindness. Definitely go here if you're looking for someone who cares about their patients. Im not even her patient and she cared for me all the same.

This has been my eye care provider for 3 years. I'd like to acknowledge Connie and how great she is at her job. She was super helpful placing a contact lens order. She was friendly, answered my (probably dumb) questions and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the call. I appreciate what she does and wish more in the profession were like her!

Doctor and staff are amazing! Helped my son with his first pair of contacts! Always informative about newer products and rebates to help save some $$. Our glasses always come in fast!

I have struggled with dry-eye issues for over 20 years. After a few months of prescribed drops, I can now wear contacts! I can't even express how exciting this is! The doctors and staff are always friendly and professional. Anytime I have an issue with my glasses, the optical department gets me in right away. I would definitely recommend New Castle Eyecare to all of my friends and family!

My kids first appointments here and the entire office is so nice! The doctor went above and beyond to explain what they found. Glasses for my children is an adorable collection! Will be referring to this place everyone I know!

Been coming here for about 4 years for my son and always had a good experience. My sister recommended them as she always had good experiences well. I’ve recommended them to mothers who aren’t aware they don’t have to drive to Pittsburgh or Wexford to see a great Dr. with welfare insurance. Their great with kids and friendly staff. They’ve always called me when the prescription is ready a week later. Love the new remodel! The office looks great and spacious. We were in and out today in about 30 mins.
